Search for the file you need

Click Eclose Mgmt

Click Pin Mgmt

Pin Action – You can see the pin#  (Example 1)

Once a pin is generated only good for 10 min

If no pin# than Title did not complete the download of documents. (See Example 2)

You will search the loan you need to look up

Highlight the loan

Click on Delivery (towards the lower right page) see highlights

Click Delivery History

Click Delivery History screen

Click on Web Delivery – You will see time and date sent (circled in red)

See Send to the email of the Title Agent (highlighted in yellow)

Go to the email of the body and have title scroll down to Download Documents

You can see the delivery ID# they need and once they click the link they will get a pin# to email address.
