Documents cannot be downloaded until ALL borrowers have eSigned on the day of closing. Ensure this is completed by visually verifying this in the eSign management status screen, you should see all green checks:
Upon completetion of the eSign process, borrowers will receive an email alerting them that the closing has been successfully executed, it looks like the one below, the branding may change by lender but the message remains the same, the email contains a link to download the completed document set:
Once the link is clicked they will be taken back to the borrower portal and will need to enter another PIN they will receive by cell phone:
Once logged back in there will now be a link to download each document individually or to download the entire package as a zip file which makes the most sense for most borrowers.
PLEASE NOTE!
Borrower must be on a desktop or laptop in order to save the docs, this cannot be done on a phone or tablet!
If Borrower does not have access to either then direct them to request a copy at Title upon arrival to execute the wet sign package.
