Cancel A Duplicate Delivery

Search the loan and click deliver in the bottom left.

Click eClosing History

You will see all transactions listed.  There should only ever be one active transaction.  Click edit next to the transaction you wish to cancel.

You may now click Cancel Transaction.  You will want to choose to cancel **eSign Delivery Only**

You will have to post your reason for canceling. Be sure to select the correct cancel, for duplicates you are canceling the eSign delivery ONLY
