If they are a gmail user, have them check their Promotions folder. For non-gmail, please have them check junk/spam folders. If still not received, send an email to esign@ecloseplus.com to have the link re-sent.

Please confirm that we have the correct cell phone number on file for the borrowers. If the cell phone number is incorrect, reach out to esign@ecloseplus.com to have corrected.

The document may be in the esign package which will be esigned by the borrower. The esign documents do not need to be printed unless instructed by the lender.

Click the link in the email once and wait for the PIN to come to your email. Clicking on the link multiple times will generate multiple PINS and the most recent PIN needs to be entered.

Uploading Wet-Signed Documents through the eClosePlus portal2020-07-15T15:00:38+00:00

For this functionality to work, all borrowers must have completed their esign documents before the wet signed documents can be uploaded to the lender. If the borrowers opt out of the esigning or have not yet esigned, please send funding documents directly to the lender or contact the borrower to complete the esigning.

Notifications for Closing Agent2020-07-15T15:01:09+00:00

The Closing Agent will receive status notifications if borrowers have not esigned (10am and 4pm). They will also receive a notification once the documents have been executed by the borrower with a link to download esigned documents if needed.

  • Dashboard access: click view to access the loan, click “Change Signing Date” and select the new date (this will NOT change the date on the documents. If documents need to be revised, please send a redraw request).
  • No Dashboard access: send an email to esign@ecloseplus.com with your request to have the date updated.
