Manually change to eCLose : YES


Receive email and click link to access the docs, scroll down and it will be under the red CAUTION EXTERNAL EMAIL text

You will be asked for a Quick Pick Up ID, copy and paste it from the email.

You will be asked for the zip code, go back to ML5 and search for the loan number, IT WILL BE THERE

You will need to click the ADD status button and choose received and then type the word ECLOSE in the box, then press submit

Then press the EDIT button on the left side below the loan number

This will bring up the loan info screen. Here you will find the zip code and where you can change the service to: eClose

Once the box is checked changing the loan to eCLose, click submit

NOTE: Once the received service has been selected and you access the edit screen to access the ZIP and switch to eClose, the file is temporarily viewable in the doc prep queue! We do not want any docprep users to access the file by mistake, so this step must be done quickly but accurately. Once you get the zip and change to eClose and submit, it will disappear from their queue and appear in our ECLOSE queue.

Go back to the documents page and enter the zip code you retrieved from ML5, this will bring up the download link, click it and the docs will be at the bottom of the screen use the dropdown arrow shown below to SAVE AS

Using save as will bring up the TODAY folder save with the standard syntax

CTBK-NAME-XXXXXX

Once saved go back to ML5 and highlight your loan, highlight received and then press edit

Paste the name of the sender and any other address CC’d in the order email here and then hit submit


Order is loaded
